El próximo domingo 12 de marzo en Los Ángeles, California, se desarrollará la edición 95 de los Premios de La Academia que reconocen a lo mejor de la industria cinematográfica. Y son cuatro los mexicanos que figuran en esta gala del Oscar 2023.
El tapatío Guillermo del Toro podría ganar el Oscar con su película “Pinocho”, nominada a Mejor Cinta Animada, mientras que Alfonso Cuarón podría ganar por Mejor Cortometraje, él produce “Le Pupille”, proyecto escrito y dirigido por Alice Rohrwacher.
La película “Bardo: Falsa Crónica de Unas Cuantas Verdades”, dirigida por Alejandro González Iñárritu, compite en la categoría de Mejor Cinematografía, así que el galardón podría ser para el fotógrafo Darius Khondji.
Y finalmente está Julio Chavezmontes, coproductor del filme “Triangle of Sadness” del sueco Ruben Östlund, pues está nominada en las categorías de Mejor Película, Mejor Dirección y Mejor Guion Original.
FACTS
“Blonde” está en los Razzie como una de las peores películas, pero Ana De Armas obtuvo la nominación como mejor actriz por interpretar a MarilynMonroe.
Lady Gaga y Rihanna, dos de las divas del pop más famosas, van por el Oscar por la mejor canción. Una por “Hold My Hand” y la otra por “Lift Me Up”.
“Babylon” de Damien Chazelle no consiguió nominaciones en cinematografía, dirección y mejor película
“Everything EverywhereAll At Once” es la cinta con más nominaciones. Todo el reparto principal está nominado, hasta Jamie Lee Curtis alcanzó rebanada de pastel.
